我毕业于美国坎贝尔大学，获得工商管理学位。我曾在新加坡的美国国际支付公司担任系统分析师，并于2010年随丈夫移居东京。对于带着两个刚学会走路的孩子的我来说，这是一个充满挑战的起点。我们住在东京最繁华的城区-银座附近的一栋高层公寓里。虽然这是一座充满霓虹之美的梦幻之城，我也发现冬季阴冷的天气对孩子和我来说是个挑战。除了学习坐地铁、说日语和适应天气，我还必须更新自己和衣柜，以适应这里的气候和文化。
我坚信，得体的着装或仪容仪表等同于良好的举止。这就像让每个遇见你的人对你有个良好的感觉一般。通常，参 加女儿学校活动时，我都不会花太多心思去刻意打扮。在开放教学的日子里，女儿总一边傻笑一边看着我。那时我还不确定为什么，直到她回到家，对我说:“妈妈，你今天看起来很棒，很高兴你来了。”我知道，教室里所有的妈妈看起来都很得体，她希望她的妈妈看起来也一样。作为一个生活在日本的日本马来西亚混血孩子，妈妈的融入给了她信心。从那时起，我知道我的个人外表不仅影响我的情绪，而且也影响别人对我的反应，尤其是那些爱我的人。

主要故事-黄金周旅行的全家福。我对这张照片很不满意——我看起来像个老阿姨。我看着镜子里的自己，一个眼神疲惫、劳累的妈妈盯着我看，我不禁问自己:“我看起来像我这个年龄的人吗?”这不是我想要的。我没有照顾好自己。从那时起，我开始在自己身上花费时间。我想要创造一个美丽的环境，美丽的回忆，美丽的我，作为一个妈妈、妻子和新时代女性。
在探索美和自爱的激情之路上我并不孤单。在家人的支持下，我有机会参加了银座著名的日本形象顾问学院。我获得了形象顾问文凭，成为了认证的面部和身体分析、认证的个人色彩分析、个人造型和购物以及个人化妆课程。多年来，我致力于关注人们的形象，我也意识到，我们的礼仪也是沟通的重要工具。礼仪比语言更有力。无论我们穿得多好，如果我们对正确的文化礼仪不敏感，我们很可能会给出一些完全混乱的情况，从而产生混淆的信息。

在我所经历过的旅程中，我曾帮助其他女性感受美丽和自信的热情。了解色彩、风格和脸型能帮你指明方向;让她们从不知道该穿什么、如何正确化妆以及了解日本美容礼仪的挫折中解脱出来，以给人留下适合她们生活方式的好印象。

Sharing the Beauty of Japan with the World
After building a diverse career across commercial bank, law firm, and human resources industry, I found my way to Color Me Tokyo.
There was a time in my professional journey when I took a seven-year break due to childbirth and relocation. When I decided to return to work, I found myself uncertain—what kind of fashion suited the more mature version of myself? What kind of makeup was appropriate for my age? I no longer had the answers.
Everything changed when I received personal styling sessions from Color Me Tokyo. Through scientifically grounded methods—color analysis, facial and body type diagnostics—I rediscovered the importance of knowing what truly suits me. Understanding my best colors and age-appropriate styles gave me not only a renewed sense of self but also expanded my wardrobe choices and personal expression.
Whether it's in the workplace, at formal events, or during my child’s school activities, I now find joy in dressing for each occasion—as a professional, and at times, as a mother.
I’ve had the privilege of living in New York and London, and traveling to 47 countries around the world. Experiencing fashion shaped by diversity and functionality in New York, and the fusion of British tradition with youth culture in London, gave me a broad perspective. And yet, these experiences only deepened my appreciation for the subtlety, elegance, and philosophy behind traditional Japanese aesthetics.
